Q. Can I send email to multiple recipients?
A. Yes. OrderGenerator's email engine allows users to control a variety of email parameters including multi-send.

Q. What happens when a customer responds to my email?
A. When acustomer responds to an email, the form data is automatically sent to the processing system defined in your user account. In the case of PayPal, all items, quantities, and options are submitted to the PayPal cart system where the customer may finalize billing and shipping information.

Q. How many people can use my account databases?
A. Each OrderGenerator account can have a number of users according to the plan selected. Each of these users can be setup with read and write privileges for database management. One user is defined as the Account Administrator.

Q. What happens to old email messages?
A. OrderGenerator messages are equipped with an expiry date which allows users to control the use of messages to place orders.

Q. How do I post product flyers to the HummingBoard?
A. OrderGenerator includes the ability to create interactive email flyers. These flyers may be posted to the HummingBoard with the click of a button from OrderGenerator's flyer manager. The Flyers posted to the HummingBoard are accessible by anyone visiting the HB site.
